Cases in Finance

‘Cases in Finance’ is one of the most fascinating courses on our Finance concentration at Tulane Executive MBA.

We have been reviewing several cases and applying the entire Finance concepts we learned through the MBA program. The contribution from all our classmates was also a remarkable issue on our current classes.

The LBO from different business scenarios was one of the focal point while reviewing the M&A and IPO companies.

Additional concepts reviewed were: DCF Valuation, Debt as a source of Value, Cash Flow forecasting, Valuations methods, Private equity, valuing young companies, Venture capital and IPO
